Summer Book Studies

This Summer we are offering several studies which will take place on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm, July 8-July 29 at the church. The studies will also be available virtually over Zoom and will be video recorded.

Summer Studies Descriptions


  • journey evangelism

    In this study, participants are not only asked to study and identify some of the motivations and fears in sharing the Gospel with others, but also encouraged to challenge those fears through practical evangelism exercises and field interviews. Leader: Pastor Dan Jackson. No cost.


  • book of ecclesiastes

    Ecclesiastes presents us a naturalistic vision of life—one that sees life through distinctively human eyes—but ultimately recognizes the rule and reign of God in the world. Leader: Ron Jung. No cost.



  • generosity

    Responding to God's Radical Grace in Community. This study is based on a series of sermons by Tim Keller. There will be videos and discussions each week. Topics include: grace, relationships, ministry, hospitality, wealth and power. Leader: Tom Fowler. No cost.

  • more than conquerors

    An interpretation of the Book of Revelation. Leader: Pastor Jonathan Whitley. Book cost: $9

  • dear white christian

    What every white Christian needs to know about how black Christians see, think and experience racism in America. Leaders: Billy and Nimra Sweetman/Tim and Natalie Gremore. Book cost: $10

  • youth study

    Book of Romans. Leader: David Steinbarger. No cost.
