  • Dan Jackson

    Senior Planting Pastor

    Dan and his wife Tricia are the parents of Corban (11), Caleb (9), Carissa (7) and Cooper (5). Dan has a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary and is ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America. Dan has previously served as an Area Director for Young Life and has served as a Director of Youth Ministry, a Director of College Ministry and a Director of Family Ministry but is now answering God’s call to help plant gospel centered, Bible preaching churches in Wisconsin.

    Favorite pastime or hobby: Sports, woodworking, carpentry and country music.

  • jonathan whitley

    Associate Pastor

    Jonathan is a Midwesterner at heart having lived in Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois prior to moving to Green Bay.  He and his wife, Tara, are the parents of Ross (2010), Clay (2012), Graham (2014), and Hope (2017).  In 2015, by God’s sovereign goodness, Clay was called Home.  Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Truman State University (Kirksville, MO) and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary (Charlotte, NC).  He has also begun work on a Doctor of Ministry at Covenant Theological Seminary (St. Louis, MO).  Prior to responding to God’s call to serve Jacob’s Well, Jonathan has served as a youth director, young adult director, worship leader, church planter, youth and families pastor, and most recently as a senior pastor in southern Illinois.  Jonathan is ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America.


    Favorite Pastimes or Hobbies: Reading, watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball with my family, spending time outdoors, Friday pizza and movie nights, and dating my bride.

    Director of Care & Counseling

    Spencer and his wife Molly have had the pleasure of being friends for over 25 years. Of late, they’ve been learning to navigate together the joys and pains of parenting their two daughters, Elizabeth (2015), and Rea (2018). Spencer and Molly attended Truman State University for undergrad before moving to St. Louis for Spencer to earn his Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. Spencer has a passion for creating safe places in the church where people can slow down and experience the transformative power of God’s love.


    Favorite Pastimes or Hobbies: Boardgames, cheering on the Packers to victory, digging into a good story (whether a movie, a book, or a show), gardening, and spending time leisurely outdoors.

  • Angie Tolfa

    Administrative Assistant

    Angie and her husband John live in Bellevue and have two children, Mackenna and Hayden. Angie was a "stay home mom" for 16 years and is excited about the opportunity to use her administrative gifts to serve Christ and the congregation at Jacob's Well.

    Youth Ministry Coordinator

    David and his wife Beth have been married since 2013 and have been gifted with three beautiful girls Ahnora, Sarah and Evangeline.  During the course of their marriage they have moved five times, three of which were in their first year of marriage.  They were both very thankful to buy their first house and "plant roots" in Green Bay, where they hope to stay for a long time.  David is working on finishing his Bachelors degree in Integrated Leadership Studies at UWGB and then, God willing, Seminary.  David found his passion working with youth serving as a Camp Counselor,  Program Director, Team Building Facilitator, Outdoor Education Coordinator and Adventure Trip Guide.  David has been a Youth Leader at Jacob's Well for two years and is overjoyed to be able to serve as the Youth Intern.


    Favorite pastime or hobby: Ultimate Frisbee, being in the woods or mountains, spending time with his girls, watching movies.

    Children's Ministry Coordinator

    Katie and Dan moved from their home state of MI to Green Bay area in 2013. They have three children, Amos (6), McKenzie (4), and Patrick (1). Katie received her Associates degree in Business and a certificate in Bookkeeping. Her dream was to be a stay-at-home mom and she has been blessed to be able to do so. Katie has always had a passion for kids and teens. 

    She enjoyed serving as a youth leader at their past church as well as in children's ministry. Katie enjoys the outdoors with boating, fishing, hunting. During her down time she loves to do Pinterest projects!!! 

  • Erin Luttschwager

    Contract Counselor

    Erin and her husband Jeremy are honored to be the parents of Elijah (2017) and Ezra (2018).  She was raised in Green Bay and moving back to the area with Jeremy in 2016, they are thankful to be near Erin's family again.  Erin has her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Seminary in Saint Louis and is working toward licensure in Wisconsin.  She has previously worked as a K-12 school counselor, and also in several residential counseling programs, one for troubled teens in Kansas City and one for young women in Saint Louis.  She is grateful for the opportunity to serve Jacob's Well and the community at large as a counselor and hopes to provide a place and space for growth and healing as the Lord does his good and faithful work.

    Favorite pastime or hobby: Playing games (board games, card games, any games!), reading, playing piano, watching football, tent camping, and spending time with family.

    Contract Counselor

    Tony and his wife Julie are both from Sheboygan Falls, WI and are the grateful parents of Jeremiah (13), Levi (10), Hannah (8), Elizabeth (5), and three children who they're eagerly awaiting meeting in heaven.  They lived for 18 years in the Twin Cities.  Tony obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Cross Cultural Communications from Bethany International University and a Master's of Divinity from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul with a focus on Biblical Exposition and Counseling.  Tony directed the mentoring program for at risk kids, counseled, and oversaw the career adults ministry at Bethlehem Baptist in Minneapolis and served as Pastor for Family Ministries at Valley Baptist Church.  At both churches counseling youth and adults in a variety of situations was a significant part of his ministry.  His history includes his own several year struggle with depression and anxiety and experiencing God's deep work in Christ.  He loves helping others find God's strength in their own struggles.  Tony is transitioning into the PCA and is excited to serve Jacob's Well as a counselor while he pursues ordination for pastoral ministry in the PCA.

    Favorite Pastime/Hobbies:  cross country skiing, prayer walks, strategy games (Pandemic Legacy right now), football, baseball, basketball, hiking and anything we can convince all four kids to do together.

    Facilities Manager

    Gordon and his wife, Tobi, live in Ashwaubenon and are the parents of Heidi, Maggie, Anna and James. Originally from Randolph, WI, he worked for Jung's Seed Company detasseling corn by hand in his youth. He worked for his Uncle Sam's Yacht Club, where he transformed from a bookworm into a shellback who worked with his hands--homeported out of Norfolk, VA serving aboard the USS Lawrence DDG4 and the USS Wisconsin BB64. He then attended UWGB earning a BA-Arts (English literature) degree and then worked various jobs in fast food, light industrial, APAC Telemarketing and Kleenmark. Gordon telos is wandering and sojourning with James.

    Favorite pastime: Spending money on things he will probably never use--like a 50 caliber, black power flintlock rifle.

    Women's Ministry Coordinator

    Allison and her husband Paul moved to Green Bay in June 2016. She and her husband both grew up in Sheboygan, WI, lived elsewhere for 17 years and are happy to call Wisconsin home again. They have four sons, Hudson, Rhys, Clark and Jack.

    Although not currently practicing, Allison has her Master of Medical Science and is trained as a physician assistant. She now spends most of her days chasing and loving her four little boys. In her spare time, Allison enjoys long-distance running, knitting and reading.

    Allison's desire for the women's ministry at Jacob's Well Church is that it be Word-filled and gospel-centered. She hopes to encourage women to know and love God with their own minds, be transformed by the renewing of their minds and then live out the gospel in their circles of influence.

    Ron and his wife, Wendy, live in Green Bay and have five children. He received his Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago. Ron serves as the Headmaster of Providence Academy in Green Bay.

    Tim and his wife, Natalie, have 5 children: Gretta, Sam, Silas, Leila and Theo and they live in Green Bay. Time grew up in Wrightstown and met Natalie while participating in campus ministry as a student at UW LaCrosse. Natalie home schools the kids and is involved in Classical Conversations while Tim is employed at Headway, working remotely with startups. He is thankful to share in Christ's finished work with Jacob's Well and to share that work with Northeast Wisconsin and beyond.

    Ruling Elder

    Mark and his wife, Nina, have resided in Green Bay the past 21 years raising 4 beautiful children. Mark has served as an Elder in both the PCA and OPC while being involved with four church plants. Mark received his BS – Chemical Engineering (1982) and Executive MBA (2002) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and currently serves as the President/CEO of Lindquist Machine Corporation in Green Bay.
