MOLLY THOMAS
WOMEN'S Ministry DIRECTOR
Molly has been working at Jacob's Well Church since the summer of 2025 and oversees the women's ministry. She helps to coordinate volunteers for women's bible studies and events as well as helping women to get connected!
About MOLLY
Molly has been married to Pastor Spencer since 2012 and they have 3 children: Elizabeth, Rea, and Liam. They grew up together in central IL and moved to Green Bay in 2019 when the Lord brought Spencer to Jacob's Well. She also serves as a Regional Advisor for the MidAmerica region of the PCA and loves seeing women grow in their love for the Lord, His word, and His Church.

What do you do in you free time?
- I find great joy in gardening, landscaping, home decor/organizing projects, and reading. I also love spending time with our standard poodle, Georgia.
What is your favorite Bible verse?
- "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13
If you could meet anyone in history who would it be?
- While so many names come to mind, I would love to meet Priscilla, who was Paul's wife and is talked about in the book of Acts. While we don't know a lot about her life, it is clear from Scripture that she was a faithful partner in ministry to Paul and a valuable woman of God in the local church.
